The support site allows for online submission of tickets and case tracking. Please be aware that Support Logs are required for all requests. Support will be unable to assist, if Support Logs are not submitted Call-back requests without support logs uploaded will not be returned. When submitting a support request, you must leave the customer's business name, your name, your business email address, and a brief description of issue. Once received, we will assign the case to your email address and will follow-up with support instructions via email.
NOTE: Please provide the product name, a description of the issue and upload support logs, Support can be provided more quickly when all information is provided in a single request, via logging into the support site.
