Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative at Superna, you will be at the forefront of driving growth by identifying and engaging new prospects, nurturing inbound leads, and supporting the sales cycle from initial outreach to qualification. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Superna’s presence across key markets, working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to convert interest into opportunities.

What Success in Year 1 Looks Like
- You have built a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- You consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings set).
- You demonstrate a clear understanding of Superna’s products, value propositions, and customer use cases—and confidently communicate them to prospects.
- You are seen as a trusted partner by the Sales and Marketing teams, known for your ability to surface high-quality opportunities.
- You have developed strong industry knowledge in Superna’s core markets and are trusted to engage in discovery with IT and business leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach) and respond quickly to inbound leads.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges, pain points, and fit for Superna’s solutions.
- Educate prospects on the value of Superna’s data protection, security, and automation solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to schedule high-quality meetings and hand off well-qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce (or CRM of record).
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns, events, and lead-nurture initiatives.
- Provide feedback from prospects to Sales, Product, and Marketing to help refine messaging, targeting, and positioning.
The Skills and Experience You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in technology or SaaS).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
- Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Curiosity and active listening skills—you know how to uncover needs and position solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding activity and pipeline targets.

We are growing our high-performing sales team and looking for an Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in two Americas territories: East Coast & Central + West.
Role Overview
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close—within a defined territory in the Americas. This role requires a proven track record of field sales success in front-line, quota-carrying roles and experience selling enterprise solutions in data center infrastructure or cybersecurity markets. You will be responsible for building and executing account strategies, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving strategic, high-value deals.

- You’ll work independently and within our internal teams to meet or exceed your yearly quota.
- You’ll work to increase our brand awareness within one of our biggest customers by relationship building and enablement workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing new business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize pipeline and revenue opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and technical teams within target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional buyer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Superna’s product portfolio.
The Skills and Knowledge You Bring
- 3–5 years of field selling experience in front-line, quota-carrying roles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data center infrastructure and/or cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex buying cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Experience selling software or SaaS-based solutions in the data protection or cyber resiliency space.
- Familiarity with storage, backup, disaster recovery, and/or ransomware protection technologies.
- Established network of enterprise IT and security contacts in the Americas.

Role Overview
As a Sales Engineer at Superna, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert for our enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to architect customer solutions, deliver demos and proof-of-concepts, and guide deployments for our suite of data protection, analytics, and automation tools. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and strategic problem-solving.
What Success In Year 1 Looks Like
- Superna has established trusted technical credibility with customers, Dell, and channel partners across the relevant geography through consistent architecture leadership and technical evangelism.
- A repeatable partner enablement program is in place, with Dell and channels fully trained, confident, and independently driving technical conversations about Superna’s solutions.
- The Sales Engineer has directly influenced significant pipeline progression and closed-won deals, with measurable impact in competitive differentiation and technical win rates.
- The Sales Engineering team is viewed internally and externally as a strategic multiplier that accelerates growth, increases partner engagement, and differentiates Superna in the marketplace.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client infrastructure, requirements, and pain points.
- Design custom architectures that integrate Superna solutions (e.g., Disaster Recovery, Data Security, Airgap) into complex on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Build and deliver technical demos, proof-of-concept environments, and pilot deployments.
- Work with internal product and engineering teams to represent customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- Act as a technical escalation point during implementation and post-sales phases.
- Document solution designs, architecture diagrams, deployment runbooks, and technical collateral.
- Provide technical training to partners and customers as needed.
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience with enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Dell PowerScale, NetApp, Vast, Pure), backup systems, and data protection technologies OR experience with enterprise security products (e.g. CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk, Tenable)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and virtualization concepts.
- Experience with Linux systems, scripting (Bash, Python), and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Comfortable engaging with enterprise clients, from engineers to CTOs, in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
- Ability to create architecture diagrams (e.g., with Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio).
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
Bonus if You Have:
- Familiarity with Superna’s product suite or similar tools (e.g., Cohesity, Rubrik, Veeam, Datadog).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architecture.
- Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Dell EMC Proven Professional, or similar.
